Lose Fat, Not Muscle!

Okay, so we have spoken a lot about nutrition and hormones, you’re probably bored of hearing about hormones, BUT hormones play a massive part in our exercise model.

So exercise…. I know about exercise, go down the gym, hop on the treadmill for 20 minutes, maybe throw in 10 minutes on the cross trainer, I’m sweating now, I must be burning a serious amount of calories. So I jump off the cardio machine feeling pretty pleased with myself that I got through the boredom of running like a hamster for the last 30 minutes.

Ok so I have a slurp of water at the water fountain, have a bit of a chat with the other gym goers. Now I have to do some weights but not a lot because i don’t want to get to muscly, so i sit on a few machines, do a few reps play with my phone do a few more, now over do some sit ups because THEY’RE GONNA GET RID OF MY STOMACH! Hmmmmmm!

Ok thats most peoples current exercise routine, sound familiar?
